Top Five Beauty Favourites

1. Rimmel Kate Moss Mascara
I LOVE Rimmel. I think it’s quite possibly the best budget beauty brand at the moment. I have tonnes of the Rimmel Moisture Renew lipsticks and love them – so I thought I’d give this mascara a go. It was well worth it! At the time it was on offer at Boots for £5 but I think it retails around £7.49. Which I think is more than worth it, as I’ve tried Benefits They’re Real Mascara and actually think this one tops it!

2. Batiste Dry Shampoo
This is a product I use all the time. I have several different versions of this product – full size, minis and the brunette specific version. I just cant get enough! They are great for freshening up your hair inbetween washes. As anyone with dyed hair will know it isn’t great to wash your hair all the time as it reduces the life span of your hair colour.
3. Benefit Hoola Bronzer
I use this bronzer almost daily as I prefer bronzer to blusher. This product is very easy to use and isn’t too dark on my pale skin. I have the mini version from one of the kits they brought out at Christmas and its still nearly full. Benefit are great for their lasting power!
4. Benefit Erase Paste
I have used countless concealers and nothing quite works like this product. I rate this much more highly than the Boi-ing as I think personally this product works a LOT better for me. It’s very light and doesnt sit cakey on your face as it blends into the skin well.
5. Real Techniques Core Collection
I love these brushes. They are the first make up brushes I have ever used and can’t see myself changing to any other brand any time soon. My particular favourites of this collection are the Contour brush and Blending brush. I can’t say I can contour well (or at all really) but I like this brush for applying my bronzer and do feel that it gives a contouring effect.. even though I’m useless at contouring! The blending brush is great for toning down and blending in (obviously) your make up to give it a more natural look.
