1. Checked Denim Look Leggings – £25
I like these leggings as you wouldn’t usually think that blue and pink would go together – therefore this unusual combination appeals to me as it is more unique than other more traditional check pattern colours.
2. Red Check Jacquard Tunic – £30
The check pattern with the contrast of the black panelling down each side of the dress, adds curves and creates an hourglass shaped figure. This is a fun and modern take on a retro chic dress.
3. Check Boucle Pelmet Skirt – £40
What says more retro than an A line skirt? I LOVE the colour of this skirt – as pastels and light colours are very in at the moment. As we go into the spring season this would be a perfect addition to anyone’s wardrobe, as its girly and fun whilst being edgy and retro.
4. Green Check Tube Skirt – £24
The midi skirt has been extremely popular throughout 2013 and it seems as though this trend is staying popular into 2014. This skirt I feel could be used with both a ‘going out’ outfit and a work style outfit. This flexibility adds to its appeal as for just £24 you immediately have two very different outfit styles.
5. Blurry Check Pencil Skirt – £40
I like this skirt as it is a different style of check print. Rather than being the more traditional ‘tartan’ look check print – its bolder and makes more of a statement. The beautiful vivid blue colour is very eye catching and elegant in a simple manner. Again, similarly with the green check tube skirt, it could also be used as either a day or night outfit. Whatever you choose, either way its sure to look and feel amazing on.
