1. MAC Lipstick – Sin
I’m in desperate need of an Autumn/Winter lipstick and I think this may just be the one. I’ve searched through the MAC website, read blog reviews, viewed swatches etc and I think this is the perfect reddy, purple colour for Autumn. Plus, MAC lipsticks are amazing quality so I’m excited to add another one to my collection.
2. Make Up Revolution I Love Make Up Naked Chocolate Palette
I’ve never used anything from this brand despite having read amazing reviews. I don’t really know why! But when I saw this palette I knew instantly I wanted to try it out. And it looks like an amazing dupe for the Too Faced Palettes – which are much more expensive.
I like the colour range in this palette too as they are mainly nudes/browns.
3. Tom Ford Lipstick
Again, Tom Ford is a brand that I have never tried before. I think the price tag puts me off slightly with this brand as their products are expensive. However, I really want to give them a go to see if they are worth the hype. I think I will try one of the Selfridges Exclusive range as the colours look so pretty.
4. NARS Velvet Matte Lip Pencil
I received my first NARS lip pencil in the Cohorted beauty box last month. I don’t tend to go for matte lipsticks/lip pencils as I have dry lips and matte lipsticks often don’t look great on me.
This is completely the opposite! It goes on well and stays on well throughout the day. I can’t wait to try out some more shades.
5. Beauty Blender
Although the Beauty Blender’s have been around for a while – I seem to be seeing them more and more recently and I’d quite like to give one a go! I only use my real techniques brushes usually when applying make up. The results I’ve seen from watching tutorials etc. from using a beauty blender seem much smoother and natural. I have dry skin so foundation can sometimes cling to dry sections on my face which I hate. So hopefully this product will help me overcome this issue.
